比较LCP、DHS和PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的研究LCP、DHS以及PFNA应用于股骨粗隆间骨折临床治疗工作中发挥的作用。方法方便选择2014年1月—2015年6月该院收治的62例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,根据治疗方式的差异将其划分为A、B、C组,A组15例接受LCP治疗,B组17例接受DHS治疗,C组30例接受PFNA治疗。结果 C组骨折愈合时间为(12.8±1.1)周,显著短于A组的(14.5±1.9)周和B组的(14.7±2.1)周(P<0.05);A、B、C3组患者术中出血量分别为(341.9±95.2)m L、(462.3±124.8)m L和(190.8±45.6)m L,A组出血量明显少于B组(P<0.05);C组出血量明显少于A、B两组(P<0.05)。结论针对股骨粗隆间骨折,PFNA治疗具备极高的应用有效性以及治疗安全性。Objective TO study the LCP, DHS and PFNA is applied in clinical treatment of intertrochanteric fracture work play a role. Methods Convenient select from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital 62 cases of intertrochanteric frac-ture patients, based on differences in treatment will be divided into A, B, group C, A group of 15 patients received LCP treatment, group B 17 patients received DHS treatment, PFNA group C 30 patients received treatment.Results In group C fracture healing time was （12.8 ±1.1） weeks, significantly shorter than （14.5 ±1.9） weeks of group A and group B （14.7 ± 2.1） weeks （P〈 0.05）;A, B, C three groups of patients, intraoperative blood loss were （341.9 ± 95.2） mL, （462.3 ±124.8） mL and （190.8 ± 45.6） mL, blood loss of group A significantly less than group B （P〈 0.05）; The bleeding significantly less than group C A, B two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In view of the intertrochanteric fracture, PFNA treatment has very high application effectiveness and safety.
