摘 要:我国矿区饮用水安全保障一直处于被忽视的状态。矿区水安全存在的问题包括矿区开发过程自然水环境遭受污染,可利用水量减少,自然水循环受到破坏,矿区突发事件污染水源水质,水安全保障监管制度缺乏等。针对矿区水安全存在的问题,提出应建立适合矿区特点的水源地水环境保护预防体系,优化矿区自来水厂至供水末端系统的水安全保障体系,建立"政府-矿企-用户"三位一体的水安全保障机制,为矿区饮用水安全保障提供参考。Drinking water safety guarantee in mining area has been neglected in China for years. The existing problems of water safety in mining area include natural water environment pollution in mining process,reduction of utilizable water,destruction of natural water cycling,water quality pollution by emergency accident in mining area,lack of water safety guarantee and supervision regulations etc. In the light of the existing problems,the suggestions on setting up a protection and prevention system for water environment in water sources area suitable for the characteristics of mining area,optimizing water safety guarantee system from water plant to terminal user in mining area,setting co-water safety guarantee system of " government to mining enterprise to user" are put forward to provide reference for ensuring drinking water safety and solving drinking water safety problems in mining area.
