替加环素治疗肺炎的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的分析替加环素治疗肺炎的状况。方法检索PubMed、SCI、EMbase、中国知网、万方5个数据库,通过EndNote 7.0软件,用文献计量学方法,对纳入文献的年代、发表国家、研究内容等进行统计分析。结果共纳入文献139篇,主要集中于高剂量替加环素治疗社区获得性肺炎、医院获得性肺炎和呼吸机相关肺炎的动物实验,以及以替加环素为基础的联合用药方法治疗肺炎。结论替加环素治疗肺炎集中于替加环素的高剂量应用和联合用药。Objective To investigate the research emphasis and status of tigecycline in the field of treating pneumonia through a bibliometric approach. Methods All related literatures were searched by retrieving PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase, CNKI and WanFang database. End- Note 7.0 was applied to sort out the year of publication, published countries, research contents etc by bibliometric approach. Results A total of 139 literatures were included which focused on the animal studies of high - dose tigecycline in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia, hospital acquired pneumonia and ventilator associated pneumonia. Meanwhile, the research focused on tigecycline -based combination therapy in treating pneumonia. Conclusion Many related literatures of tigecyeline for treating pneumonia mainly focused on the application of high dose tigecycline and the combination of tigecycline and other agents.
