摘 要:为改善GA747-Ⅱ型剑杆织机左右剑头需要工人反复定位、耗时又费力的问题,提出一种快速定位方法。当曲轴180°时,记录左右下联杆与扇形齿轮连接点及左右剑头的初始与终了位置,经数据一元线性回归分析可知:调整后左右两侧扇形齿轮与下联杆连接点与初始高度差值的4倍约等于剑头动程改变量。经实践验证,根据此方程可快速确定连接点上下高度位置,完成左右剑头定位。In order to solve the problem of repeatedly positioning and time-consuming and laborious of sword heads on GA747-Ⅱ typerapier loom, a fast positioning method is put forward. When the crankshaft is 180°, the initial and final position about the connecting pointbetween two lower links and sector gear connection and two swords are recorded. The data monadic linear regression analysis shows: the valueof sword head stroke change is equal to 4 times of that of the up-to-down height distance between the sector gear and two side lower linkconnection points. The practical practice verifies that the vertical height position could be quickly determined according to the above equationto finish the positioning of the left and right sword heads.
