摘　　要：我国建筑业的发展由粗放走向集约,在逐渐优化提升传统的建筑设计施工及管理模式进程中,建筑产业化的提出有其积极的意义。在政府的引导和行业的需求之下,随着BIM技术的逐渐推广应用,为建筑产业化的实现提供了一个较好的平台。The construction industry in China develops from extensive into intensive. In the process of gradually optimizing and upgrading traditional architectural design and construction management model, the concept of construction industrialization is of positive significance. With governmental guidance and industrial demands, Under the guidance of the government and the needs of the industry,BIM technology, with its steady application and promotion, provides a better platform for the realization of the construction industrialization.
