摘  要:目的探讨姜黄素纳米粒在促进药物支架植入后内皮功能恢复的可行性。方法雷帕霉素支架植入后以每周2次的频率静脉注射姜黄素纳米粒,于4周后评价内皮功能。结果 4周后联用姜黄素纳米粒的支架组内皮功能明显优于不使用姜黄素纳米粒的支架组。结论姜黄素纳米粒可显著提高支架植入后内皮功能的恢复速度,有望降低药物支架不良事件的发生率。Objective To investigate the feasibility of the effect of curcumin nanoparticles on endothelial function recovery after drug-eluting stent implantation. Methods Curcumin nanoparticles were administrated intravenously after stent implantation twice a week and endothelium function was evaluated after 4 weeks. Results 4 weeks later, the endothelial ;function of the stent group with the use of curcumin nanoparticles was significantly better than that of the stent group without the use of cureumin nano- particles. Conclusion The recovery rate of endothelial function after stent implantation can be significantly improved by using cur- cumin,which is expected to reduce the incidence of ad,zerse events of drug stent.
