摘　　要：从策划招募、培训、分配使用、激励、解聘遣散、风险控制和后勤保障7个方面入手,论述了2015年武汉网球公开赛志愿者管理机制中存在的问题,提出了对策与建议:制定全面细致的策划方案,宣传招募公正公开,培训课程丰富实用,合理高效地分配使用志愿者,评估绩效权威客观,以人为本进行激励。From the aspects of enrollment, training, assignment, encouragement, dismiss, risk control and logistics guhrantee, the paper discusses the problems in the management system of the volunteers in 2015 Wuhan Tennis Open Tournament and proposes to design detailed and comprehensive plan, conduct open and fair enrollment, create practical training courses, allocate the volunteers efficiently and effectively, make authoritative and objective assessment and establish people-oriented encouragement system.
