我国网络体育视频直播产业的发展现状与对策

摘　　要：对我国网络体育视频直播产业的概念与发展现状进行了解读,结果表明我国网络体育视频直播产业存在直播效果较差、直播环境有待改善、盈利方式落后和直播侵权现象等一系列问题。针对以上问题提出了加快直播技术更新、加强直播环境建设、拓展盈利方式和加大体育赛事转播权的法律保护等相关对策。With the research methods of literature study and statistics, the paper discusses the concept and current development of the online sports video broadcast industry in China and points out the problems of weak live broadcasting effect, poor management of live broadcasting environment, out--of--date profiting ways and live broadcasting right infringement. The paper proposes to speed up the update of the live broadcasting technology, strengthen the construction of the live broadcasting environment, expand the profiting ways and strengthen the legal protection of the sports event broadcasting rights.
