民间体育组织中的精英治理——以赣南客家“池塘龙舟赛”为例

摘　　要：民间体育组织作为群众参与体育活动的重要平台,其形成及发展离不开能人群体的推动。以民间体育组织中的能人为研究对象,以客家"池塘龙舟赛"为个案,对民间体育组织中能人治理的特征及过程等方面进行分析,发现精英群体作为民间组织的核心力量,在动员群众参与体育活动的过程中,充分利用其人情的社会网络,来筹集民间体育组织发展所需的资源,同时,通过"缘"来实现民间体育组织的对外联结,从而维护及扩展民间体育组织运行规模,促进了群众体育的发展。As an important public sports platform, the formation and development of the folk sports organization are promoted by elite people. The paper studies the Pool Dragonboat Competition of Kejia nationality and analyses the features and process of elite management in the folk sports organizations. As the core of the folk sports organization, the elite people make use of its personal connections to raise funds for the development of the folk sports organizations. They also uses emotional relations to conncet the folk sports orgainzaiton with the outside world to maintain the operational scale of the folk sports organizations and promote the development of the folk sport.
