摘　　要：从成立背景、主导权、资金来源、人力资源的构成、运作模式等方面分析中西方体育社会组织的不同,阐述中西方体育社会组织的社会作用。认为我国体育社会组织正面临转型的问题,正在经历由政府主导型向政府社会共同治理的过渡。The paper analyses the differences between the Chinese and western sports social organizations from the perspectives of founding background, dominance, fund resource, personnel resource and operational model, and discusses the social function of the western and eastern social sports organizations. The Chinese sports social organizations are facing the social transformation problems and are in the transition period from government dominance to co--governance of government and society.
