摘 要:研究了2014年5月和8月海河口9个站点的浮游植物物种及其群落特征。通过调查发现海河口有浮游植物48种,隶属于7门21科33属,以硅藻门、蓝藻门和绿藻门为主,总占比75.83%,优势种为鱼害微囊藻和中肋骨条藻。各断面浮游植物的平均密度为1 654.21×104cells/L,其中采样断面3号点位在8月份密度最高。生物量平均值5月份为1.235mg/L,8月份略高为1.262mg/L。浮游植物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)平均值为0.97,Margalef丰富度指数(D)平均为2.24,Pielou均匀度指数(J)平均为0.25。研究结果表明,海河口水体处于中污型的中营养水平。The phytoplankton species and their community characteristics in May and August of 2014 were studied at the 9 sites in the Haihe Riv- er mouth. The results show that 48 species of phytoplankton were found in the Haihe River mouth, belonging to 33 genera, 21 families, 7 genera. The dominant species are diatoms, cyanobacteria and green algae, which is accounts for 75.83%. Microcystis ichthyoblabe Kutz and skeletonema costatum are main species. The average density of phytoplankton is 1654.21x10^4 cells/L. The density is highest at Site No.3 in August. The aver- age of biomass is 1.235 mg/L in May and 1.262mg/L in August. It is slightly higher in August. The average of Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H') is 0.97. The average of Margalefindex (D) is 2.24. The average of Pielou index (J) is 0.25. The result indicates that the water body of the Haihe River mouth is medium pollution and mesotrophice level.
