摘　　要：医学院校服务型党组织建设必须明确以人为本的价值取向,牢固树立勤政为民的公仆意识,以构建和谐党群关系为旨归,建立健全服务机制、规范完善服务制度,为促进医学院校的发展提供坚强组织保证。Medical colleges and universities and the building of Party organizations must clearly people- oriented value orientation. We shoud firmly establish diligent politics for the people＇s public servant consciousness,to build a harmonious relationship between the Party and the masses for the purpose,to establish and perfect the service mechanism,standardize and perfect the service system,for a strong organizational guarantee for the development to promote medical colleges.
