摘　　要：曲柄箱漏油是针刺机一个致命的弱点,推杆处的密封是解决曲柄箱漏油问题的关键。文章介绍了曲柄箱推杆处的密封原理,经实践、分析发现:控制油封的装配质量,可明显提高推杆的密封性,为针刺机的生产提供一定参考。Oil leak of crank chamber was a fatal disadvantage of needle machine,the seal of push rod was the key to solve the problem. The sealing principle of push rod of crank chamber was introduced. From practices and analysis,it was found that the seal of push rod could be improved by controlling the assembly quality of oil seal. It provided references for needle machine manufacturers.
