摘 要:目的:探讨关节镜微创技术对膝关节炎的疗效。方法:选取68例膝关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组34例,采取透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗;观察组34例,采取关节镜下清理术治疗;对比两组治疗前后的膝关节主动屈曲度、主动伸直度、WOMAC评分、Lysholm评分及IKDC总积分,并对比分析总体疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者的膝关节主动屈曲度、主动伸直度、WOMAC评分、Lysholm评分及IKDC总积分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的膝关节主动屈曲度为(121.28°±15.49°)、Lysholm评分为(95.12±23.65)、IKDC总积分为(61.86±4.57),均显著高于对照组[分别为(108.4°±15.63°)、(78.68±7.42)、(49.74±5.22)]。观察组主动伸直度为(2.57°±1.28°)、WOMAC评分为(11.28±5.58),均显著低于对照组[分别为(5.58°±4.47°)、(16.45±7.48)]。观察组疗效优良率为91.18%,对照组疗效优良率为76.47%;两组疗效差异显著。结论:关节镜微创技术应用于治疗膝关节炎,可显著改善患者的膝关节运动功能,缓解临床症状,疗效明显。Objective To investigate the curative effect of knee arthritis by arthroscopic minimally invasive technique. Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis as a research object were divided into two groups randomly. The control group (34 cases) was treated by hyaluronic acid sodium intraarticular injection; the observation group (34 cases) was treated under arthroscope. The results of the therapeutic effect by knee active flexion, extension of, WOMAC score, Lysholm and IKDC score before and after treatment between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of active flexion degree, active extension degree, WOMAC score, Lysholm score and total score of IKDC (P〉0.05). After treatment, the observation group of patients with knee active flexion (121.28 ± 15.49), Lysholm score (95.12 ± 23.65), IKDC score (61.86 ± 4.57) were significantly higher than those in the control group (108.4 ± 15.63), (78.68 ± 7.42), and (4.974 ± 5.22). Observation group with active straightness (2.57 ± 1.28), WOMAC score (11.28 ± 5.58) were significantly lower than those of the control group (5.58 ± 4.47), (16.45 ± 7.48); the excellent and good rate of observation group was 91.18%, the excellent and good rate of control group was76.47%; the data was significant difference. Conclusion The application for arthroscopic treatment of knee arthritis can significantly improve the patient's knee joint motion function, relieve clinical symptoms. The curative effect is obvious.
