摘　　要：纸箱搬运与装卸是物流运输中重要的部分,通过对纸箱外表特征及搬运过程的分析,充分结合平行四连杆机构、平衡器等,提出了一种纸箱装卸设备的设计,用以提高纸箱快件运输效率。应用有限元分析软件,对纸箱装卸设备进行静应力分析计算,结果满足使用条件。Carton transport and handling are an important part of the logistics transport. Through analyzing the carton appearance characteristics and the handling process,the paper introduces a new design for carton handling equipment combining the parallel four-link mechanism and the balancer to improve the carton transport efficiency. The finite element analysis software is adopted for static stress analysis and calculation for the carton handling equipment,with the result consistent with the service conditions.
