摘　　要：文章以陕西省杂交油菜研究中心科研管理工作为例,分析了以往工作中存在的主要问题,探讨了农业科研单位科研管理创新的途径,并提出明确科研发展方向、创新科研管理理念、强化项目过程管理、完善科研管理机制、加强科研平台建设等创新农业科研单位科研管理的措施,以期提升农业科研单位科研能力和整体竞争力。Taking the management of scientific research in Hybrid Rape Research Center of Shaanxi Province as a case, main problems in past works were analyzed in the paper. Means of innovating management of scientific research in agricultural scientific research institutions were discussed. Measures of innovating scientific research management in order to enhance the scientific research ability and the competitive power were put forward, including identify the direction of research and development, innovate management conception, optimize administration of project process, improve management mechanism and strengthen construction of scientific research platform.
