摘　　要：为了使质量督导制度更好服务于农业行业技能人才评价工作,提高农业职业技能鉴定质量,进一步推动农业技能人才评价制度的完善,增强农业技能人才的培养能力,进行农业行业技能人才评价质量督导制度研究。通过简要介绍农业技能人才评价质量督导制度的内涵、建立和发展及其督促、推动、规范、促进作用,报告了农业技能人才评价质量督导制度的现状和农业行业异地督导模式、质量检查与评估、质量体系认证等方面的创新工作机制,同时客观分析存在的问题。最后提出完善农业行业技能人才评价质量督导制度实现真正意义上的全程督导、强化信息化管理水平、加强重点环节质量督导管理的做法及其未来规范化、社会化、质量督导人员队伍专业化的发展趋势。In order to make the quality supervision system better serve the evaluation of agricultural talentswith practical skills,improve the quality of agricultural occupational skill evaluation,perfect the evaluationsystem and enhance the training,quality supervision system of the evaluation of agricultural talents withpractical skills was studied.The connotation,establishment and development and the supervising,driving,standardizing and promoting function of quality supervision system of the evaluation of agricultural talents withpractical skills were briefly introduced.Then the current situation of the quality supervision system and theinnovative modes of supervising elsewhere,quality inspection and evaluation,quality system certification werereported.Meanwhile,the existing problems were analyzed objectively.Finally,the suggestions which couldperfect the quality supervision system were put forward to realize the whole process of supervision,reinforcement of the information management level and quality supervision of the key points.The futuredevelopment trends of the quality supervision system should be standardization and socialization and thesupervision professionals＇ team should be specialization.
