摘 要:自中国提出"一带一路"倡议以来,蒙古国也结合本国国情提出了"草原之路"倡议。"一带一路"与"草原之路"的对接合作是新时期中蒙两国合作发展的必然要求,如何实现二者的有效对接合作是当前中蒙两国面临的共同议题。"一带一路"与"草原之路"对接合作的实质内涵是"五通",即政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通和民心相通,对接类型有互补型、合作型和扶持型三种。当前中蒙两国战略合作,存在来自蒙古国和中国双方的障碍因素。在新时期发展中蒙关系,应从大局着眼、面向长远,开辟中蒙合作的"新"路径,即新框架、新内容、新途径、新环境和新力量。After the China's'The Belt and Road Initiative',Mongolia has proposed ' Prairie Road Initiative' based on their state conditions. The docking cooperation between 'The Belt and Road Initiative 'and'Prairie Road Initiative'is necessary requirement for the cooperation and development between China and Mongolia. And how to docking two initiatives is the common issue China and Mongolia faced in current. The substantive connotation of the two countries' strategic docking is the 'five links': policy coordination,facilities connectivity,unimpeded trade,financial integration and people- to- people bond. And the docking types include complementary type,cooperation type and support type. At the present,strategic cooperation between China and Mongolia exist obstacles coming from China and Mongolia. In the new era,developing the relationship between China and Mongolia should open up the ' new' path of cooperation,that is new framework,new content,new ways,new environment and new force.
