摘　　要：双酚A是制造聚碳酸酯、环氧树脂等高分子材料的主要化工原料,其类似物也被广泛用于工业生产,笔者概述了双酚A及其类似物的基本情况,综述了双酚A及其类似物的基因毒性、生殖毒性、神经毒性、内分泌干扰性等对环境生物的毒性作用及对人体健康的危害效应,介绍了国内外对双酚A及其类似物的管制措施,为深入研究双酚A及其类似物的生物毒性提供依据。Bisphenol A（BPA）,a chemical material used to make polycarbonate plastic,epoxy resins and other chemicals,its analogues have also been used in industrial production frequently. The basic information of bisphenol A and its analogues were introduced in this paper. The toxic effects,such as genetic toxicity,reproduction toxicity,neurotoxicity,endocrine disruption on wildlife and potential effects for human health were summarized and the control strategies of bisphenol A and its analogues in different countries were enumerated also.
