远志的研究进展

摘　　要：远志作为传统中药药用历史悠久,其化学成分主要为三萜皂苷类、酮类、寡糖酯类等化合物。研究表明,远志在镇静催眠、抗惊厥、抗衰老、抗痴呆、脑保护、镇痰祛咳、抗抑郁、抗菌、抗癌等方面具有良好的活性。通过对远志的国内外研究文献进行查阅整理,对其化学成分、药理作用以及构效关系进行了总结,以期对远志的深入研究、开发利用提供参考。Polygalae Radix used as Chinese materia medica has a long history. The main chemical constituents include triterpenoid saponins, xanthones, oligosaccharide esters, and so on. The study shows that Polygalae Radix has a wide range of pharmacological activities, such as sedative hypnotic, anticonvulsant, antiaging, antidementia, brain protection, cough expectorant, antidepressant, antibacterial, and anticancer. In this paper, through referring to the domestic and foreign relevant literatures on Polygalae Radix systematically, we summarize the chemical composition, pharmacological activity, and structure activity relationship of Polygalae Radix, which could provide the reference for the further investigation and development of this plant.
