摘  要:目的确定典型操控部件工效学评价指标的权重系数,为建立综合评价模型奠定基础。方法利用层次分析法将典型操控部件工效学评价指标体系中的重要指标进行分类,通过典型操控界面工效学专家对指标相对重要性进行调研,分析调整构造矩阵,通过一致性检验后,计算得到各指标的权重。结果通过对调整专家个数获取权重的变化趋势研究,验证了计算结果的可靠性。通过多指标因素的实际操作实验也证明了权重值的可信度。结论可以采用层次分析法和专家调查法对典型操控部件的指标权重开展研究,所得到的指标权重可为典型操控界面设计提供指导。Objective To determine the weight factors of the ergonomics evaluation indices of the typical control device,so as to lay a foundation for establishing a comprehensive evaluation model. Methods The AHP method was used to establish the hierarchy of the relevant ergonomics evaluation indices. Experienced experts in ergonomics evaluation participated in the survey of comparing the relative importance of the ergonomics evaluation indices. The results of the survey were adjusted slightly according to the principle of consistency. The weight factors of indices were calculated according to the adjusted results. Results By comparing the weight factors calculated by different number of experts,the reliability of the calculated weight factors was verified.Through multi factors two levels operation experiments,the reliability of weight factors of indices was also proved. Conclusion AHP and expert survey method can be used to determine the weight factors of the ergonomics evaluation indices of typical control device which can be used as the guidance for the design of typical control device.
