摘  要:针对"育鲲轮"船用双气隙异步盘式磁力联轴器的使用性能,运用Maxwell 14.0软件对其进行有限元分析,得到其磁场强度分布、涡电流密度分布和扭矩。用搭建的磁力联轴器试验台对稳态扭矩进行了试验测量与验证,仿真分析得出的扭矩与试验结果符合较好,为磁力联轴器扭矩的分析提供了理论依据。此外对不同工况下的联轴器传动效率进行了对比分析,得出其传动效率在93%以上,为磁力联轴器在船舶领域的广泛应用提供一定的理论依据和借鉴。For the performance of the marine double air gap asynchronous disk magnetic couplings, magnetic field intensity distribution, eddy current density distribution and torque have been obtained from three-dimensional finite element analysis by Maxwell 14. Stady satate torque was measured and verified by experiment platform, and torque from simulation analysisis in good accordance with test results, which provides a theoretical basis to the analysis of magnetic coupling torque. And the transmission efficiency of the magnetic coupling in different working conditions were analyzed, and the transmission efficiency of the magnetic coupling is over 93%. The research result is of reference for the wide marine applications of magnetic coupling.
