摘  要:为了提高台风暴雨天气预报能力,服务黄山旅游业。笔者用美国NCEP全球分析FNL资料、台风路径资料和安徽省黄山气象站地面观测气象资料,对2012年8月8—11日台风"海葵"造成黄山暴雨天气过程进行分析。结果表明:黄山迎风坡上暖湿空气被强迫抬升作用,台风位于850 h Pa鞍型位势高度场中停滞少动,产生连续性大暴雨。副热带高空西风急流长时期位于测站上空,急流轴线南侧辐散流场具有抽吸低层大气的作用,而产生强烈的上升运动是大暴雨发生发展的动力机制;低空来自海洋的持续偏东气流是热量、水汽和动力输送带,补充到台风环流中是大暴雨发生和维持的重要条件;低空为假相当位温随高度减小层,存在潜在的对流性不稳定条件。The paper aims to improve the forecasting ability of typhoon and rainstorm weather, and serve thetourism industry in Huangshan. Based on the NCEP FNL global analysis data, the typhoon path data and themeteorological observation data in Huangshan of Anhui Province, the authors did weather process analysis ofthe heavy rainfall in Huangshan caused by typhoon 1211(Haikui) during August 8-11, 2012. The main resultswere as follows: warm moist air was forced uplift in the windward slope of Huangshan. The typhoon"Haikui"was stagnant in the 850 h Pa saddle type geopotential height fields. Therefore, a continuous heavy rainfallhappened. The subtropical upper-level westerly jet was located in the stations for a long period, and produceda strong ascending motion which was the dynamic mechanism of the occurrence and development of heavyrainfall. The continued low-level easterly airstream from the sea was the conveyor belt of heat, moisture andpower, which were added to the typhoon circulation and formed an important condition for the occurrence andmaintenance of the heavy rainfall. The pseudo-equivalent potential temperature of low altitude was decreasedwith the height, therefore, the potential convective instability existed.
