摘 要:为研究围隔系统内放养密度对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)生长性能和养殖水体水质的影响,将放养密度设计为0(D0)、40(D1)、50(D2)、60(D3)、70(D4)尾/m3,试验持续24天,每3天测定一次水质指标,试验结束后测定各组黄颡鱼的生长性能指标。试验结果显示,随着放养密度的增加,黄颡鱼的终末体重、增重率和特定生长率减小。黄颡鱼的终末体重、增重率和特定生长率在D1、D2、D3之间呈显著性差异(P<0.05),黄颡鱼的肥满度D1、D2组大于D3、D4组且差异显著(P<0.05)。放养密度对水体中亚硝态氮含量的影响显著(P<0.05),随着放养密度的增加,亚硝态氮含量升高,对总氮和硝态氮含量的影响不显著(P>0.05)。从试验开始到第18天,水体中氨态氮含量相对稳定,维持在较低水平,第21、24天水体中氨态氮含量显著增加。总磷和磷酸盐磷含量在试验期间都在一定范围内波动。放养密度对总磷和磷酸盐磷含量变化的相关性不显著。放养密度的增加会降低黄颡鱼的生长速度,水体中亚硝态氮也会增加导致水质恶化。This study was designed to determine the effect of stocking density on growth performance of yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco) and water quality of the enclosure ecosystem. A control group(D0) and 4treatment groups(D1, D2, D3, D4) were set with the corresponding stocking densities being 0, 40, 50, 60, 70 ind./m3.The experiment lasted for 24 days and the water quality was monitored every 3 days. At the end of the experiment, growth performance of yellow catfish in each group was measured to understand the effect ofstocking density on growth performance. The results showed that the final body weight, weight gain and specificgrowth rate of yellow catfish decreased with the increase of stocking density, and significant differences werefound among group D1, D2 and D3(P〈0.05). The condition factor of D1 and D2 was significantly bigger than thatof D3 and D4(P〈0.05). The content of nitrite nitrogen in the water was significantly affected by stockingdensity(P〈0.05), and was increased with the increasing stocking density, while the contents of total nitrogenand nitrate nitrogen were not affected by stocking density(P〈0.05). During the first 18 days, the contents ofammonia nitrogen in all groups were stable at a low level, but then increased significantly until the end of the experiment. Contents of total phosphorus and phosphate fluctuated within a certain range during theexperiment period and were also not affected by stocking density. Increase of stocking density would reduce thegrowth rate of yellow catfish and increase the harmful substances in the water which would accelerate the deterioration of water quality.
