摘　　要：介绍了玻璃纤维短切毡用聚氨酯粉末粘结剂的试验原理、研究思路。通过对各个组分的性能分析、研究、试验,选择和制备成功满足粉末粘结剂性能要求的聚氨酯树脂,它能为短切毡提供更好的粘结力和拉伸强度。同时评价了采用聚氨酯粉末粘结剂制备的玻璃纤维短切毡的各项性能。The idea and principle for developing polyurethane powder binder for fiberglass chopped strand mat are described. As a result of property analyses, studies and tests on all ingredients of the binder, the research team has successfully developed a polyurethane resin, which meets the performance requirements of powder binder and can provide chopped strand mat with better adhesion and tensile strength. The properties of fiberglass chopped strand mat produced using the polyurethane powder binder are also evaluated in the paper.
