摘　　要：由第三方工程施工对燃气管网造成的外部损害是造成输配管网运行故障和外泄的重要原因,因此对管网的监护管理成为了管网完整性管理的重要组成部分。文章探讨了输配运营方在管线监护管理中针对性地扩展第三方施工相关数据,对管网所面临的各类风险细节进行量化分析和充分挖掘,从而更全面地提升输配运营方的管网完整性管理水平。Third-party damage has caused disturbances and dangerous leaks to the pipeline network. Therefore, it makes pipeline safety management a critical part of the pipeline integrity management. This paper discusses how, by targetedly expanding the third-party construction data, the gas distribution operator is able to use quantitative analysis and data mining methods to look into the variety of risks the pipeline networks are vulnerable to. This discovery will give the pipeline integrity management level an opportunity to obtain overall improvement.
