摘　　要：先天性肺呼吸道畸形（CPAM）既往被称为先天性囊性腺瘤样畸形，是常见的先天性肺发育异常之一。近年来关于该病的报道日益增多，其分型亦有新的变化。现介绍CPAM的概念、分型、临床表现、鉴别诊断和处理策略。Congenital pulmonary airway malformation （CPAM）, which was previously known as congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation,is one of the most common congenital lung abnormalities. In recent years, more and more reports about the disease have been published and its classifications also have new changes. This article introduces the concept of CPAM, classification, clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis, and treatment strategies.
