领导干部要切实增强同媒体打交道的能力

摘　　要：面对新闻舆论工作出现的新形势新变化,部分领导干部在同媒体打交道时,老办法在失灵,新办法没掌握,出现各种不适应、不习惯现象。如不习惯在"聚光灯"下运行权力、不习惯接受现场随机采访、不习惯被记者"冒犯"、不习惯同网民交流、不习惯开展工作舆论先行等。领导干部应从思想观念、媒介素养、突发公共事件处理、互联网思维、新闻发布制度等多个方面入手,把善待、善用、善管媒体当作一项基本功、一门必修课,切实重视起来,真正实现与媒体关系的转型和领导能力的突破。Face with the new situation and changes of the work of news public opinion,some leading cadres are still accustomed to using old methods instead of the new ways when deal with the media that kinds of misfit and difficulties came out with it. They don＇ t have mastery of the various new ways,such as run power under the spotlight,accept random interview at the scene,be ＂ offended＂ by the reporter,communicate with net citizen,implement media ahead of other works,and so forth. Leading cadres should be kind of the media and take good use and management of it from ideological conception,media literacy,public emergency processing,internet thinking,and news release system,etc.,which were the basic skill and a kind of required course. Leading cadres should pay more attention to realize transformation of relationship with the media and get breakthrough in the leadership skills.
