外能源自动机平行分度机构设计与分析

摘　　要：平行分度机构为外能源自动机中关键机构之一,其主要作用是协调自动机拨弹轮持续运动与进弹轮间歇运动之间运动关系,通过对平行分度机构工作原理及设计理论进行分析,得出实现机构正常工作的几个限制条件,采用VB语言编写了平行分度机构设计与分析仿真程序,通过参数优化分析确定了平行分度机构相应参数。Parallel indexing mechanism is one of the important institutions for external energy automata. The main function is coordinate the automata dial wheel keep moving and intermittent motion of the automata into the wheel. restrictions design and mechanism Through the analysis of parallel dividing mechanism of working principle and design, a few to implementation agencies working is obtained. After that, the parallel dividing mechanism analysis simulation program is gave using VB language. And then, the parallel dividing of corresponding parameters were determined through the parameter optimization analysis
