摘  要:精确地计算水头损失是流体力学理论研究和工程实践的重要组成部分,而沿程摩阻系数λ的精度决定了水头损失计算的精度。因此,研究沿程摩阻系数λ的准确计算方法具有重要意义。以硬质管线为例,粗略讨论了管线沿程摩阻系数λ计算的研究历程,按照计算方法的不同,将其分为人工计算、数值计算、智能计算等3个阶段。分析了各阶段计算方法的优缺点,指出了智能算法对未来研究的重要意义。介绍了目前比较流行的神经网络算法在计算沿程摩阻系数λ领域的应用;并且提出了计算软质管线沿程摩阻系数λ的3个重要研究方向。Accurate calculation of the head loss is an important part of the theory of fluid mechanics and engineering practice, and the accuracy of the friction factor λ determines the accuracy of the calculation of the head loss. So it is very important to study the method of calculating the friction factor λ. Taking hard pipeline as an example, the research process of the calculation of the friction factor along the pipeline was discussed, according to the different calculation methods, which can be divided into manual calculation, numerical calculation, intelligent calculation. The advantages and disadvantages of each method were briefly analyzed, and the significance of the intelligent algorithm to the future research was pointed out. The application of neural network algorithm in the field of computing the friction facotor λ was introduced in detail. And 3 important research directions were proposed for calculating the friction factor of the soft pipeline.
