摘 要:以外加1.5 V电源的SRB碳毡生物膜为实验对象,在降解硫酸根的过程中通过改变外加电阻、温度、初始pH值、碳硫比测定pH值来探索pH值随时间的变化规律。结果表明:电场强化SRB碳毡生物膜促使pH值提升更快;连接电阻R≥500Ω时,随着连接电阻的增加,pH值提升逐渐缓慢;温度为35℃时,pH值提升最快;随着碳硫比增加至3∶1和4∶1时,pH值会有先升高后下降的现象;初始pH值在4~8时,pH值均得到提升;当pH值为8时,第3天出现下降的趋势。了解pH值的变化规律能为SRB去除重金属废水提供数据支持。Taking SRB biofilm attached carbon felt and connected 1.5 V power as the experimental object, this paper studied the change law of pH by manipulating external resistor, temperature, initial pH, carbon and sulfur ratio in the process of degradation sulfate. The results show that the biofilm enhanced by electric field contributes to a faster growth of pH; the growth of pH slows down with the increase of the resistance of resistor, when external resistor R is equal to or more than 500 ohms; the growth of pH increases the fastest, when temperature is 35℃; The pH increases first and then decreases when the carbon and sulfur ratio reaches up to 3 : 1 and 4 : 1 ; the pH increases when initialpH is kept between 4 to 8, and when initial pH is kept on 8, the pH will decrease on the third day. The change law of pH could provide basic data for the removal of heavy metal waste water by SRB.
