摘 要:为了提高燃气轮机维修技术和零部件的国产化水平,实现维修业务可持续发展,梳理了分解和装配、零部件清理、检测、焊接、精加工、涂层以及试车等燃气轮机的主要维修技术,论述了国外先进维修技术的研究进展。参考重型燃气轮机和航空发动机所采用的维修模式和国产化水平,针对中国石油燃气轮机维修国产化现状,提出吸取重型燃气轮机和航空发动机技术引进的经验,遵循"从冷至热、从外至内"的原则,按照零部件维修率或报废率从高到低的顺序,分层次开展两型燃气轮机维修技术和零部件的国产化。最后,结合国家和地方政策对燃气轮机的维修国产化前景进行了展望。To increase the localization degree of maintenance technologies and parts and achieve the sustainability of gas turbines maintenance, the main maintenance technologies of gas turbines were introduced, such as technologies for the decomposition and assembly, cleaning, testing, welding, finishing, coating and commissioning of parts. The research progress of overseas advanced maintenance technologies was presented. The maintenance mode adopted for heavy-duty gas turbines and aircraft engines and their localization degree were investigated, and then, as for the status of gas turbine maintenance localization at PetroChina, it was proposed to learn from the experience of introducing heavy-duty gas turbines and aircraft engines technologies. It was recommended to follow the principle of "from cold to hot, and from outside to inside" to perform localization of two-type gas turbine maintenance technologies and parts based on the orders (from top to bottom) of maintenance rate or scrap rate of parts. Finally, the maintenance localization of gas turbines was prospected by combining with national and local policies. (11 References)
