摘　　要：渗漏问题是幕墙工程中最为常见的通病,笔者根据多年的幕墙施工经验,剖析了玻璃幕墙发生渗漏的原因,包括幕墙自身材质、构造的缺陷,与建筑结构结合处处理不当等;并给出了防治幕墙渗漏的措施:采取一定的构造措施,减少缝隙的形成;采取合理的设计、规范施工,消除雨水进入缝隙的能力;关注幕墙自身防渗措施的同时,也应对幕墙与周边建筑构件接触部位进行妥善的防水处理。Leakage is a common problem in curtain wall projects. Based on many years experiences of curtain wall construction, the author analyzes the leaking causes of glass curtain wall, including material issue, structure defect, improper treatment of joint with building structure etc. The paper also gives prevention solutions for curtain wall leakage： reducing formation of joints by some structural measures; eliminating the capability of rainwater to enter into the joints by reasonable design and standardized construction; while concerning the self-waterproofing measures of the curtain wall, proper waterproofing treatment should be conducted for the contacting parts of curtain wall and surrounding building structures.
