摘　　要：SPF级实验动物即无特定病原体(Specific Pathogen Free)动物,是生命与医学科学研究中公认的标准实验动物,科学的设计、建设、使用和管理SPF级动物实验室,是提供该级别实验动物的前提条件。本文对我校实验动物中心SPF级实验室的建设和管理模式进行了探索和总结。Specific pathogen free （SPF） experimental animals are the accepted standard in experimental animals of life and medical researches. Scientific designing, constructing, utilizing and managing of SPF animals laboratory, are the precondition of this level of experimental animals. In this paper, we explored and summarized the construction and the management pattern of our center＇s SPF laboratories.
