摘　　要：建设"美丽中国",就是建设让人民安居乐业的美好家园。要让中国美,关键是要乡村美;要让乡村美丽,关键是要让农业的生命力在乡村得以延续。美丽乡村不仅要有青山绿水,还要让农业成为有奔头的产业,农民成为体面的职业。以发展现代农业、实现农业一体化经营和提高农民组织化程度为途径,大力促进农业增效、农民增收。实现城乡协调发展、同步发展,切实提高广大农村地区群众的幸福感和满意度。唯此,才能早日实现"美丽中国"的奋斗目标。Constructing a ＂beautiful China＂ is to build better homes where people may live and work in peace. To make China beautiful, the key is to beautify the rural ar- eas; to make the country beautiful, the key is to make the vitality of agriculture in rural areas continue. The beautiful countryside should not only have the green mountains and blue rivers, but also have made agriculture industry prosperous. At the same time, a farmer will become a respectful profession. To vigorously promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers＇ income, the best way is to develop modem agriculture, realize agri- cultural integration management and improve the level of peasants＇ organization. To im- prove the happiness and satisfaction of the masses in rural areas, it is urgent to realize co- ordinated and synchronous development of urban and rural areas. Only by this way, can we achieve the goal of a ＂beautiful China＂ as soon as possible.
