摘　　要：阿德福韦酯(adefovir dipivoxil,ADV)是单磷酸腺苷核苷酸类似物,是阿德福韦的前体,具有抗病毒的作用,最早用于艾滋病的治疗。近年发现小剂量阿德福韦酯(10mg/d)可导致肾脏的损害,临床属少见病例,容易误诊,本文通过1例长期口服阿德福韦酯所致低血磷性骨软化诊治分析,以提高临床诊断治疗水平。Adefovir dipivoxil（ ADV） is an oral bioavailable prodrug of adefovir,which is a phosphonate acyclic nucleotide analogue of adenosine monophosphate. It has antiviral effect,and has been used for the treatment of AIDS. ADV at lowdoses can induce nephrotoxicity. In this article,we presented a case of osteomalacia induced by Adefovir dipivoxil,and reported its diagnosis and treatment,with the aim to improve future diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
