摘 要:提出了一种36脉波晶闸管变流器的电路设计方案,对其结构和原理进行了介绍,分析其换流过程和波形,并导出了数学模型。通过对其逆变区运行过程的讨论,确定了安全换流的最小逆变角度;给出了实测的波形图及实验数据,并与常规的6脉波桥进行了比较。理论分析和实测数据表明,该36脉波串接式变流器具有输出直流电压高、电压脉动低、交流电流波形畸变小的优点,可用于工程实际应用。It presented a circuit scheme of thyristor converter with 36-pulse, introduced its structure and principle, analyzed its commutation processes and voltage waveforms, and derived the mathematics model. Minimum inverting angle of safety commutation was calculated by the analysis on the operation process of the inverting area. The tested load voltage waveforms and experimental data were given, and the comparison was made with the conventional 6-pulse bridge. Theoretical analysis and experimental results illustrate that this 36-pulse series connecting converter has advantages of higher output voltage, less DC voltage pulse-ripple and lower current distortion, which is available to practical engineering.
