摘  要:火车票价市场化的呼声愈来愈高,但是也有人考虑到社会福利,反对火车票价市场化,火车票价到底该不该市场化成为讨论焦点。通过阐述火车票的商品性质以及对火车票价格制定的改革预想,分析火车票供求,剖析火车客运存在的问题,并从垄断厂商利润模型探求火车票价市场化的铁路总公司盈利以及人民福利之间的关系,最后得出结论:火车票价市场化不仅可以改善铁路总公司盈利,而且会增加社会福利。The voice for the marketization of train tickets price is louder and louder,but there are some people who oppose the marketization of train tickets price,considering the social welfare.Whether the train ticket price should be marketized or not becomes the focus of discussion. This paper elaborates the nature of goods for train ticket and the preconception of train ticket's pricing reform. It also analyses the supply and demand of train tickets,and dissects the problems in train transportation.Based on the profit model of monopolistic manufacturers,the paper mainly tries to explore the relationship among the marketization of train tickets price,railway corporation's profit and the social welfare. Finally it proves that the marketization of train tickets price not only improves the railway corporation's profit,but also increases the social welfare.
