摘 要:利用少年儿童身体自尊量表对渭北地区农村儿童身体自尊水平、闲暇时间生活方式及体育运动行为进行调查和对比分析,旨在对比了解农村留守与非留守儿童的身体自尊差异及身体活动与身体自尊的相互关系。结果显示:留守儿童比非留守儿童具有较高身体自我认知程度;参加体育活动组别的农村儿童身体自尊程度高于其他组别,且身体自尊随着体育活动的频次增加而升高。Body-esteem is one of subareas of self-esteem,which has an important influence on mental health. To know the body-esteem differences between left-behind children and non-left-behind children in rural areas and the relationship between their physical activities and body-esteems,by the methods of questionnaires of Body-esteem Scale and Exercise Behavior Scale for children and adolescents,left-behind children's body-esteem levels,their lifestyles in spare time and their physical exercise behaviors are investigated and the related data are analyzed comparatively in the paper. The results show the left-behind children have higher physical self-cognition levels than non-left-behind children; those left-behind children who often take part in physical activities have higher body-esteem than non-left-behind children and their body esteems will go up with the frequency of taking part in physical activities.
