摘　　要：周必大的《玉堂杂记》成书于宋孝宗淳熙九年(1182),主要记载了南渡后翰林院的典章故实,并收录了周必大、宋高宗、宋孝宗、程泰之、史浩等人的诗文。《玉堂杂记》在编撰方面主要体现了工于考据、躬身经历的特点,而在价值方面则主要体现为其不但具有丰富的史料价值,而且有些条目也具有相当的文学价值。Zhou Bida’s Yu Tang Za Ji （ Notes Written in Jade Hall） was completed in the ninth year of Chunxi Reign of Song Dynasty （ 1182 AD） . It records the texts and stories of the Imperial Academy in Southern Song Dynasty, with collections of the poems and essays written by Zhou Bida, Emperor Gaozong and Emperor Xiaozong of Song, Cheng Taizhi, Shi Hao and others. Compilation of the work is featured in its meticulous proofs and scrutiny, and the work is valuable for its records of both literature and historical events.
