摘　　要：从京津冀一体化发展战略出发,结合河北省高校发展现状,分析京津可利用资源,应从以下几方面提升河北省高校的科研新模式,实现京津冀协同发展:一是承接北京高校外迁资源;二是建立产学研联盟;三是联合建设协同创新中心;四是区域共享国家级平台资源;五是打造多层次的产业技术研究院;六是纳入共建,争取政策支持。In order to realize the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, from the development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region integration and combining with the current situation of the development of colleges and universities in Hebei province, then through the analysis of the available resources of Beijing and Tianjin, we should enhance the scientific re- search of Hebei province from the following aspects： the first point is to undertake the relocation of colleges and universities in Beijing; the second point is to establish industrial and scientific research alliance; the third point is to joint construction of Collab- orative Innovation Center; the fourth point is the region can share national resources; the fifth point is to build a multi-level indus- trial technology research institute; the sixth is included in the build and get the policy support.
