摘 要:采用室内恒温培养试验,研究不同镁泥添加量对不同土壤养分量和酶活性的影响。结果表明,不同镁泥添加量对砖红壤、红壤有效P量影响显著,对石灰性褐土有机质、全N量影响显著;0.25%镁泥添加量对红壤、石灰性褐土脲酶活性效果显著,1%镁泥添加量对砖红壤脲酶活性效果显著;0.05%镁泥添加量对砖红壤磷酸酶活性效果显著,1%镁泥添加量对石灰性褐土磷酸酶活性效果显著。总体来说,小于1%的镁泥添加量对土壤养分量和酶活性具有良好的改良效果,且对酸性土壤的影响大于对石灰性褐土的影响,其中以镁泥对砖红壤的影响效果较好。A constant temperature cultivation experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dosage of magnesium mud on the nutrient contents and enzyme activities in different soils. The results showed that different amounts of magnesium mud significantly affected the available P content in laterite and red soil and the organic matter and total N contents in calcareous soil. Application of 0.25% magnesium mud treatment significantly in- creased urease activity in red soil and calcareous soil, 1% magnesium mud treatment significantly increased the urease activity in laterite, 0.05% magnesium mud treatment significantly increased the phosphatase activity in lat- erite, and 1% magnesium mud significantly increased the phosphatase activity in calcareous soil. Overall, magne- sium mud had better effect on nutrient contents and enzyme activities in the three soils when the adding amount was less than 1%. The effect of the magnesium mud on the acidic soils was greater than that on the calcareous soil and the effect was the best on the laterite.
