摘 要:随着新材料、新工艺的不断出现,舰船推进系统对水润滑橡胶轴承尺寸精度和表面质量提出了越来越苛刻的技术要求。针对水润滑橡胶轴承精密硫化成型制造尺寸精度问题,分析了轴承硫化成型工艺,研究了模芯和轴承脱模前后的热变形规律,提出了一种水润滑橡胶轴承模压硫化精密成型模具设计方法。实验结果表明,利用该方法设计的模芯,通过精密模压硫化成型工艺,能够很好地控制水润滑橡胶轴承几何尺寸精度,避免二次磨削加工破坏轴承工作界面性能,为提高水润滑轴承产品质量和工作性能提供了新方法。With the advent of new materials and crafts, the requirement of the ship propulsion system on the dimensional accuracy as well as surface quality of water lubricated rubber bearing(WLRB) gets higher and higher. Targeted on the manufacturing dimensional accuracy of precise vulcanization shaping in WLRB, the vulcanization shaping processing of the bearing is analyzed. And by studying the thermal deformation regularity of the mold core and bearing before and after demolding, a precise mold design method of mold pressing vulcanization shaping is put forward. The experiment indicate that the dimensional accuracy of WLRB can be well controlled, with the mold core designed as explained as well as the mold pressing vulcanization shaping processing, and the destruction on the bearing work interface brought by the secondary grinding process can be avoided. The results provide new method for improving the product quality and working performance of WLRB.
