摘　　要：本文通过研究"互联网+"驱动农业发展的时代背景,探讨了我国农村各地形成的信息化服务模式,论述实现为三农提供持续信息化服务的要素,并以南安市发展为例总结了整县推进的"互联网+三农服务"模式的做法及意义。Through researching the historical background of agriculture development driven by ＂Internet plus＂, this paper discussed the information service modes emerging in China＇s rural areas, and expounded the elements in realizing continuous agricultural-related information service, and then summarized the practice and significance about the advancement of overall county for the Internet plus agricultural-related service mode by taking Nan＇an as the case.
