摘　　要：随着腹腔镜和胆道镜技术的发展,腹腔镜胆总管切开取石一期缝合已成为一种理想的治疗胆总管结石的术式。笔者就腹腔镜胆总管切开取石一期缝合术的适应范围(适应证、禁忌证)、术中操作、并发症及预防进行总结,以便为临床工作提供理论参考。With the development of laparoscopic and choledochoscopic techniques, laparoscopic choledochotomy with primary closure of the common bile duct has become an ideal surgical procedure for choledocholithiasis. The authors, in this article, address its scope of application （indications, and contraindications）, intraoperative procedures, and complications and their preventions, so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical work.
