城市特色的认知、表达与规划探讨——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：从时空和人三重视角谈城市特色的认知和表达,认为城市空间特色体系具有复杂多维结构,城市特色的空间表达须关注空间、群体和社会性三个主导价值,其表达路径包括既有特色的彰显、当代特色的塑造和公众认知教育。结合对江苏城市空间特色体系规划的回顾与总结,肯定了规划在强化江苏13个城市特色的认知、表达和实践中的现实意义,并就城市社会生活的空间特色表达、"先底后图"的空间特色规划编制以及规划实施管控提出建议。This paper talks about the cognition and expression of urban characteristics from perspectives of space and time and the people. It proposes that the urban space characteristic systems have a complex multi-dimensional structure, the expression of which should focus on three leading values including space, social groups and sociality, and its expression approaches involve both highlight of existing characteristics, shaping of contemporary characteristics and education of public awareness. Combined with the review and summary of planning of Jiangsu city spatial characteristics system, it affirmed the practical significance of planning in strengthening the 13 urban characteristics in terms of cognition, expression and practice, followed by some suggestions about spatial characteristic expression of urban social life, planning of spatial characteristic based on local context, and the implementation of planning control.
