摘 要:目的根据2014年某金属包装企业的职业病危害控制效果评价项目,分析该企业涂布房职业病危害因素超标原因,结合现场通风排毒措施的调查结果,提出针对性的通风排毒整改措施,并对整改效果进行评价,为改善类似的包装印刷企业工作环境提供依据。方法采用工程分析和现场采样检测的方法,比较通风排毒措施整改前后该金属包装企业涂布房上料操作岗位和中间检测岗位的二甲苯浓度,并根据定性分析结果进一步比较整改前后各作业岗位检测样品的合格率。结果整改前涂布房上料操作岗位和中间检测岗位的二甲苯浓度均超过职业接触限值,检测样品合格率分别为38.9%和27.8%,企业采取下侧送上侧排气流组织形式的通风排毒措施进行整改后,涂布房上料操作岗位和中间检测岗位的二甲苯浓度均明显下降,检测结果均低于职业接触限值,检测样品合格率均上升为100%。结论该项目采取下侧送上侧排气流组织形式的通风排毒整改措施可有效降低作业场所化学毒物浓度,整改方案可为类似的包装印刷企业控制化学毒物浓度提供参考。Objective To analyze the exceeding standard causes of occupational hazard factors in coating room in this enterprise, put forwards the targeted ventilation and detoxification improvement measures, evaluate the improvement effect and provide basis for improving the work environment of similar package printing enterprise combined with the survey results of ventilation and detoxification measures at the scene according to the occupational hazard control effect evaluation items in some metal packing enterprise in 2014. Methods The xylene concentrations in the loading operation position and middle measurement position in coating room in some metal packing enterprise before and after the improvement of ventilation and detoxification measures were compared by the project analysis method and field sampling detection method, and the qualified rate of test samples in each job position before and after the improvement was further compared according to the qualitative analysis results. Results Before improvement, the xylene concentrations in the loading operation position and middle measurement position in coating room were more than the occupational exposure limit, the qualified rates of test samples were respectively 38.9% and 27.8%, the xylene concentrations in the loading operation position and middle measurement position in coating room obviously decreased after the improvement of ventilation and detoxification measures in exhaust flow from downside to upside organization form, the test results were below the occupational exposure limit, and the qualified rate of test samples increased to 100%. Conclusion The ventilation and detoxification improvement measure in exhaust flow from downside to upside organization form can effectively reduce the chemical toxicant concentration in working location, which can provide reference for the similar package printing enterprise to control chemical toxicant concentration.
