摘　　要：目的探讨采供血系统冷链管理对血液质量和血液成分的影响。方法通过对采供血机构和用血机构的血液储存、运输等环节的管理经验,总结供血系统的冷链管理方法。结果供血系统经过规范化冷链管理,用血安全得到有效保证。结论通过对供血系统冷链管理环节的有效监控和员工责任心的培养,安全供血可得到有效保障。Objective To study the effect of cold chain management of blood collection and supply system on blood quality and blood component. Methods The cold chain management method of blood supply system was summarized by the management experience of blood storage and transfusion of blood collection and supply institutions and blood use institutions.Results The blood use security was effectively ensured after the normative cold chain management of cold chain management. Conclusion The safe blood supply is effectively ensured by the effective monitoring of cold chain management links of blood supply system and cultivating the responsibility of staff.
