国内外大型扁钢锭锭型对比分析

摘　　要：关于国内大型扁钢锭锭型设计的论述鲜有报道,在查阅大量外文文献的基础上总结了日本大型扁钢锭的锭型参数,同时对国内大型扁钢锭锭型参数进行了汇总,计算了钢锭的宽厚比、高厚比和锥度三个关键参数。对国内外钢锭在宽厚比、高厚比和锥度参数的差异进行了对比分析,提出国内特厚板用大型扁钢锭锭型设计的几点建议。There is few reports about discuss in type design for large- scale flat steel ingot at home. Based on reference of large quantity of foreign literature,the ingot type parameters of Japanese large- scale flat steel ingot is concluded,at the same time that of out country collected,three key parameters： its width- thickness ratio,height- thickness ratio and taper are calculated. The differences in the above three parameters at home and abroad are compared and analyzed,some suggestions proposed for the design of national large- scale flat steel ingot for special heavy plate.
