摘　　要：唐山国丰钢铁公司的2座1 780 m^3高炉分别于2007年12月31日和2009年2月15日点火开炉,并迅速达产。针对近十年的生产实践经验积累,详细分析了这2座高炉开炉、历次炉况波动、恢复过程与处理,提出了高炉操作的改进措施。Two 1 780 m^3 blast furnaces of Gupfeng separately were ignited and blew up at Dec 31,2007 and Feb 15,2009,and rapidly reached full capacity. Based on the production practice experiences accumulated in the recent ten years,it is analyzed in detail the blow- up,all previous furnace condition fluctuation,recovering process and treatment of these two furnaces,the improving measures proposed.
